Nicholas NG
Nicholas specialises in corporate, commercial, property law, and banking. His expertise lies in drafting commercial agreements and advising on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, and restructuring. He also serves as General Counsel for leading companies in Mauritius.
Having gained valuable experience in France, Nicholas is well versed in civil law matters and is frequently involved in real estate structuring and property financing. Additionally, he has lectured on property law and contractual law to tertiary education students.
Nicholas previously worked as a transactional lawyer for an international law firm before opening his own practice and co-founding a local law firm.

Alexandre NG
Alexandre’s main practice focuses on commercial, corporate, employment law, and compliance. He read law at the University of Paris II, in France and completed his legal training at the Paris Bar School (EFB), where he earned the Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat (CAPA).
Prior to returning to Mauritius, Alexandre gained valuable experience at a renowned law firm in Paris, where he regularly drafted and reviewed complex contracts, provided strategic advice on civil, corporate, and commercial matters, and assisted clients with compliance and regulatory issues.
In addition to his legal practice, Alexandre is a published author, having contributed several articles to leading French legal journals, including Dalloz and La Gazette du Palais. He also serves on the board of the Mauritian branch of an international company with offices in the UK and the US.
